You can cultivate this by a cutting borrowed from others or you can also get from nurseries. It is also called as Night Queen.

I am honored by your title. , Its botanical name is Saussurea obvallata
I will find out if it grows froma bulb like tulips.

Thanks for witing in.This week end i had been to lalbagh nursery .there i found this plant and i got one .thanks for ur information .I will let u know how the plant's growth.I think it will take nearly a year to blossom.will wait eagerly for the flower
