you have bugs. put some neem oil in the leaves. try to keep it bug free, inspects for worms every now and then.
From mars. How to use the neem oil???directly or have to mix it with water n spray to the pudina plant????

You mix few drops with water in a sprayer bottle. YOu can also use a little soap in the mixture. My dad planted several types of mint plants in the backyard...that was prior to 1995. I am still trying to get rid of them as mint spreads aggressively and is hard to eradicate. It has messed up on peonia and then into some horseradish. Mint is really tough.
Mint usually grows like a weed and I thought it repelled most garden pests (like most herbs). I second the neem oil plus water spray.
