Thanks LuckySangeeta, I tried putting urea and i regular water my plant but no positive results. I bought 2 hibiscus plants. 1 white and another red. White gives 1-2 flower/s daily but there is nothing in red. Bud comes once a week but it falls :(

OP, did you repot the plant recently or move it to another location - the reason I ask is because premature bud fall/drop (shedding of buds) is a symptom of stress.
Think of it as a stress indicator. Are the leaves yellowing too?
    Something
is stressing out the plant - if you're certain that the plant is getting the right amount of sunlight, water, fertilizer, and also sufficiently protected from extreme temperatures, then it must be insect related.

Here's one easy way to find out if pests are the reason for the bud fall.
Take an unopened bud that's on the plant and gently tap it on a clear surface and see what comes out- if you notice tiny greyish black scampering creatures, then hurrah you've found the culprit!

Try spraying liquid Pyrethrum ( insecticide) over the remaining buds. One good soaking should be enough to clear up this problem.
