Plant nurseries in Chennai!!

Nursery.........is one place i wud luv to spend my sunday evenings. Through this thread let us learn about the nurseries in our neighbourhood.Friends, pls add to this your favorite nurseries and where they are located.Thanx in advance!!

in chennai there r gud nurseries in chrompet, padapai is the famous n cheapest of all. lemme get u the exact address from my freinds... as i myself dnt knw abt tht but heared abt tis. if u knw means pls provide me details

There is one seller near the chromepet bustop. they have beautiful pots and variety of plants


There is one on poonamallee high road, before the military quarters and after the masjid.

There is one on medavakkam main road near the oil mill bus stop at puzhuthivakkam. a lady sells plants from her house.


There is one near after madipakkam and before ganesh nagar. there is a lane that takes you into the nursery


There is one more on the same road after the mhp oil company, keelkattalai and before the petrol bunk at the juntion. the lady has lot of varieties and reasonable rates.

I'm very curious to know if any of you guys grow hyacinths or azaleas or daisies or amaryllis....
Which nurseries in chennai sell these plants or their seeds?? Do they have lotus seeds...Please help out...
