Hello everyone,

Where can I get kanakambaram seeds?What is it called in english/botanical name?I want the orange as well as yellow kanakambaram.Please advise.eagerly waiting for replies...

Crossandra Infundibuliformis is the botonical name for Kanakambra.
I am not sure where you will get it in UK.
Best way is you can get it from INDIA.

If you can get from India thats the best way. Its very inexpenive plus conveneint. I see you live in U.K. Have you seen this flower in anyones house then can request them for seeds or ask if they bought it locally. Is you climate suitable for this plant/flower .

hi chitra,

can we bring seeds from inida, i don't know, whenever we went to india i wanted to bring tulsi seeds, but my husband said it's not legal to bring seeds.

Most people I know bring the seeds from India. If you know if anyone has this plant then you can borrow seeds. I'll see if anyone I know has seeds.

Nowadays Walmart sells kanakambaram plant,Last summer I saw in my nearby WM.Please go and check in yours.
