WOW Wonderful news ladies..I am glad we all pooled together and managed to find what one needed. In the process I discovered these sites have so much more of our asian seeds and plants etc.

the number of crossandra plants i uproot...!!
to give away or throw away
what do i do when i find them crowded
everywhere...
on other plant beds
in pots
on the walkapaths...!!
want some come home...!!

Found Crossandra Infundibuliformis - Kanakambara plant in IKEA today. Since this is an international store, I'm hoping some of you in the US might get hold of it as well.

Thanks for the info.. I recently visited their store in GA and they did not have it. Maybe they might be getting it sometime.

While waiting for our friends here to respond, can I ask if you tried to get it through your local nursery?

I did try in the local nurseries but didn't find anywhere - but I have seen this plant anywhere in Delhi at all... wonder whether it will grow here in this climate of extreme heat (max in summers can go to 45 and cold temp of 5C in winters. I love this flower and would certainly like to try my luck with this plant. Any comments from our gardening friends?
