Dear Mrs.Chitra

Wanting to write you since the Varalakshmi Pooja was over, but couldn't
do it somehow. This time my Varalakshmi Pooja just followed your steps
and slokams. I took a printout and followed it. It was very simple to
follow and detailed too. With all the steps clearly explained. Wow you
should probably put a book on all the pooja vidhis for people like me.
Your steps were easier to follow that the cassette which according to
my pace was very fast :( . I generally pause and play but with your format it was easy to follow

Hi ,

I am newly married, this is the first yr pooja for me. I reside in Atlanta (alpharetta) . i have been advised by parents that 1st Varalakshmi viratham is done specially with the help of sastrigal (priest) .

Girls, How do you all do it here ? Is there anyone who did their 1st time in US ? Please advise me what to do..

Is it ok if i go to some temple nearby and do it there ?

I am in the same boat too :) Last year I visited Chennai ( since it was the first Varalakshmi puja after my marriage ) and I completed the puja with the help of my sister in law...

This year travelling back is not possible and I have to do it alone in US. I would appreciate if someone could share with us the Varalakshmi puja ways.

I know there are certain things to be done like arranging the saradus (threads) , kumbham and decorate like ambaal.Also need to make varieties of neivedhyams...

I am looking forward this year vratham !

can any one plzzzzzz upload slokas that has to be read on varalakshmi vratham day either in telugu/ in english language. plz upload printer friendly pages.. so that it will be really worth ful.
