Hi friends,

Iam planning to make Pulihora,Payasam,Boorelu and Garelu for Naivedyam and do the vratham(kalasa puja) .I will download and print the puja procedure from bhakti section at Telugu Movies, cine news, cinema, reviews, tollywood News, shop, gallery, fun, telugu greetings, Kids zone, devotional,Shopping, NRI Corner, TV, Radio, vinodam, literature, novels, elearning, games, telugu learn, etc... website and have friends visiting in the evening for thamboolamu.

I was wondering what are u all are doing for Varalakshmi vratham.?

i did my puja last week only as i am going on vacation this week and same like u i also made pulihora garelu kheer i read the procdure for the puja from the books i bought from india only thing that was not available here was the mango leaves i could not find any in the indian store

Can anyone tell me how many coins (minimum and maximum) can we have while performing lakshmi pooja.

Also i need brief slokas for performing lakshmi pooja.I dont have the ritual of varalakshmi pooja in my in-laws house. However i want to do lakshmi pooja on that day. Can anyone help me with this and the things required.

sree,Good to know that u did ur puja on first friday,and i heard last friday was a very auspicious day which comes in every 60years(if iam not wrong).

i would like to share the pictures of my varalakshmi vratham puja.

I was unable to perform the vratha due to my time of the month falling on that day. I had done the puja last year. Appreciate any advice on what should be done - should I do puja after my time, or should I not do anything at all? Should I offer thamboolam instead? Thank you.
