Men/women: Getting rejected from opposite sex hurt your ego?

    I am asking this because many people often say that men/women do not intimidate them...yet getting rejected hurts the EGO.

    Doesn't make sense to me...

    A series of withering glares and spiteful rejections from the opposite sex have you?

    I'm not saying all men/women are like that but enough for most of us to be very careful in what we say or do...

    Replies are welcome from male/female and appreciate if you share some experiences.

    Men and women ,both get hurt deeply , upon rejection from an opposite sex person. Men tend to get violent, upon rejection in courtship. Women sulk, cry and suffer silently upon rejection. Both the genders suffer in rejection.

    Who suffers more is not gender based, it depends on one's individual mental poise.

    Rejection hurts no matter what. Everybody has a mind but the question is how strong
    it is. Some are strong , some are weak. It does not matter whether you are a man or
    woman.

    @OP-
    i ignored proposing a girl because of knowing the fact, she is not my religion and she is having a stubborn feelings about their cast. Still i could have proposed but I didn't, by having Ego :biggrin2:
