Madam Sunkan,
Really it is strange to hear that American senate meeting is started with Hindu Vedic prayer. This shows that they might
have realized the worthiness of Hidu prayers and clultures. In US I think people of different countries are living, following their own cultures (Religious practices).Americans may observe all of them and preffered Hindu prayer to incorporate in their official meetings also.Afer all they are also human beings.
Any how, Madam plz try to gather What are the actual verses they chant as a prayer so that we can understand more about them. u can present it in another post.
Than Q very much
NiSCHEL .

Dear Nischel and Mrs. Sunkan,

This is a good news. It's God that we all must have faith in irrespective of religion and I hope we as Indians who call ourselves very spiritual will understand true acceptance of all faiths and revere God in any and every form.
