My dear Sudha,
Thankyou for being the first to send me a F B.
Yes, I selected in particular simple preverbs, because, sometimes I find it difficult to convey the same meaning in english. So, now, I decide, which ones I can translate & post them !
Nodoubt, last is the best!!!!

Dear ChitVish,

This set is more familiar. Esp the 13th is very commonly used, my brother and I use it on my mother all the time, because she is never critical of us. So I never trust her when she says that I look thin or look good in a dress. We have a shortform for this KTKPK.

15th is also used very often. On my father's side everybody does things very fast esp bathing and eating. So we use the term Kakka kuliyal very commonly.

16th is very funny.. There is also one more on similar lines. "Pul thadukki bayilvaan".

Regards
Vidya

My dear Vidya,
Thankyou for joining us.
Now, I remember 2 & 10 were my MIL's favourites. Whenever she would refer to anybody by no: 2, I really used to get such a complex !

My dear Chithra

Another nice collection of proverbs from u starting with letter KAA. I enjoyed reading each one of them along with their meanings. I am not familiar with most of the proverbs except the first one and second one.
