 Re: heights of dedication - delivery in office.... IN Oz, that lady would have been branded selfish & her kids would be monitored closely to ensure they do not starve thanks to their mom's career dedication. In fact, last year a lady ref to go on mat leave in her 8th month as she needed the $$$.Management had a "Chat" with her & a financial package was worked out.. Regards, C
