| Dear Aruna Habibi, After reading the pearls of wisdom from the Zen school of thought ("tongue in the cheek") I came back to terra firma with a thud reading this about the topic of indispensability. no body is going to miss ME!! The bucket of water example gave me a terrible jolt, for sure. But Habibi,I beg to differ a little ..a wee little bit...if you'll permit me.What about our immediate family ...I mean one's hubby and kids they will definitely feel the vaccum if Mom is just gone POOF one fine morning...who's going to run the home and be home with a warm meal to welcome the family every evening?!OK OK .....I get it ,this is just a little reminder so that we don't strut around too much and remember that humility is a desired quality to be cultivated. Beautifully crafted lines and a valuable moral to remember. ![]() Warm regards PAULINA ![]() |
