Not allowing to access other threads

why this vBulletin Message is appearing?

hi friends,

when I am trying to open some attachments the following message is appearing

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can anyone solve my problem.

Hey me too same problem and I really thought since i am just a regular reader and not a contributor ot have not posted anything till now i have been denied access, but I surely give my comments and ask for help thru these posts. So please help again.
