• Be responsible for only what you say. Do not try to take responsibility for what others say.

The “ I ” Mantra

• Use more of “I” rather than “you” in your statements.
• “You” sounds more accusative and may be interpreted wrongly.
• Always respond from a neutral place. Do not react in anger or when emotionally charged.
• During charged situations it is better to take time off and communicate the same later.

Open Your Heart

• Remember, the minute you close your heart to others, you are more likely to suffer than them.
• Exercise patience and compassion
• Accept different perspectives
• Work towards harmony and a solution, rather than getting side-tracked with differences.
