for effective weight loss 2 things have to be followed strictly..one is diet and the other is exercise. its not necessary that we have to make a schedule for exercise or gym. park your car somewhere in the back of the parking lot and walk to the office, in the lunch time take 1 or 2 rounds around the office building.if you are home maker i am sure with lots of work in hand, try to take a stroll once or twice around the house, go to the sabzi mandi by walk...
if nothing permits...look for fitness exercises at home DVDs or CDs or yoga etc. i remember having a DVD which shows how to do exercises at home. but above all if you could make time to walk that itself is a big exercise..gives good results when done promptly..
also take care of the diet...have more protein and fruits and veggies..less of fat and milk
