Help for cracked feet

Hi all

I need help to smoothen my cracked feet. Presently I am applying CRACK cream everyday night. But not recovering at faster rate. Pl. help me.

I saw a post in IL only... it really works a lot for me..

when u take bath clean ur legs nicely... then apply olive oil if u dont have olive oil just apply coconut oil then wear socks....only when u go out remove the socks... this will really help u...

when u take bath.. clean ur legs nicely.. immed after that apply olive oil in ur legs and wear a socks leave it like that... only when u go out of the house remove the socks... follow this till ur feets becomes smooth..

if u dont get olive oil u can even apply coconut oil...

I recollect reading in an Ayurvedic post that applying castor oil helps to heal cracked feet.

It is possible that the floor in your house dries up your feet and hence the cracks- it happens to me when I am at my parents. You should try the socks tip suggested.

Hi,

A simple home remedy if you are fond of henna. take fresh leaves,add a few neem leaves, a pinch of turmeric and grind it and apply. on continous application over a period of time your feet becomes smooth. this is possible only if you like to have colored feet.

Otherwise, using glycerine based jelly's definitely helps....

Before going to bed, try to soak your feet in hot water for 5mins then scrub with pumice stone or a tooth brush. then put enough amount of vaseline or petroleum jelly or a moisturizer , massage well and then put on fresh socks.(not the used ones)....and leave the socks on through out the night...

see the result the next morning...this proved to be very effective...if you have really visible cracks..then follow this till the cracks get filled...works wonders...
