| Hi Alpers, I had heel pain a while ago. The doctor ordered xray and found there was a small heel spur. I do not walk barefoot inside on the tile anymore. I also wore z-coil shoes that have special springs on the bottom when ever went on long walks. It seems to have subsided. May be you should talk to your general practice doc or even a podiatrist. Hope this helps!

| I'm also suffering from heel spur due to flat foot. Whenever I loose weight my pain subsides, otherwise it is back and I'm on medication. Better go to a podiatrist who is specialized in foot and ankle.
