| Dear ILites, Around winter time, I had a problem with my toes - they got itchy and swollen , especially two of them. I just kept dipping my feet in warm salt water to get some relief. As the winter passed, the swelling was gone and so was the itch. But now I notice, the toes that got affected are more darker than the rest and it makes my feet look so odd ! Can I get some suggestions to improve the look of my toes ?!! Looking fwd to your help! Thank you !Ranganayaki

| Ranganayaki Might be start following the same regime..soaking your feet in warm salt water. however start applying good moisturizer daily before you go to sleep and after you have bath..this will lighten the dark color ... I read some articles where they say to keep the moisture intact in the foot after we apply it to the feet we have to put socks before we sleep so that the warmness of the socks would make the moisturizer penetrate the feet... however I would suggest massage your feet with coconut / olive oil or badamoil...and then soak in salt water and then apply moisturizer try this it should show some good result... |

| Ranganayaki Apply bagbalm ( it is greasier than vaseline) and wear socks . Do this two or three times a day. This will soften and stop the itching. Also try and see a podiatrist.
