Try these simple exercises and feel the benefits....
Sit with your feet up for 10 minutes a day to improve the circulation.
Spell out the alphabet in the air with each foot.
Sitting, circle your right foot, 10 times in both directions, with your leg stretched out in front of you. Repeat with left foot.
Point toes to the floor, hold for a count of 10, then relax. Repeat five times on each foot.
Place a pencil on the floor and try to pick it up with your toes. If you succeed, hold for five seconds. Repeat three times.
To stretch the Achilles tendon gently and improve mobility... Stand with feet parallel and straight. Place one foot behind the other, a step distance apart, ensuring the heel of the back foot remains on the floor. Bend the front knee, keeping the back leg straight. Hold for 10 seconds, then repaet on the other side.

After a bath or shower, always dry well, especially between the toes.
Remove dry skin regularly and gently...always before you have a bath or shower.
Always cut toenails straight across, using proper nail clippers.
don't wear the same shoes every day and vary the height of the heels.
