dear ss,
are u using lipstick, chek the date and throw them if they are outdated, apply some milk cream and a little bit of lemon mix them thick and apply it would go away in a few days, nothing like the milk cream for the face if it is not too oily, with a little besan and curd can lighten ur face and lips, try them...sunkan

I agree with sunkan. The other natural remedy is to chew betal leaf. It will remove the stain and make it back to red.

hi
are u wetting ur lips always??
constant wetting them also makes them dry and dark
so first if u are doing tht pl avoid
grannys receipe is to apply ghee on lips lightly and massage them as leave in moisturiser (yummy! tastes gud also i do it regularly)
apply almond oil in night and sleep
during day time whnur applying sunscreen pl run ur finger over ur lips also
Do u knw many of the models scurb their lips also so while brushing ur teeth try to brush ur lips not daily ofcourse once or twice a wk tht they wil remove ur dead skin over there.

dead cells not only accumulate on face, also on th lips. so..,everyday after brushin or bathin, take a turkey towel an rub both ur lips slowly to remove th dead cells.do tis for 20 secs or so.then apply fresh malai or almond oil. do tis thrice a week for visible results.tis can also be done before bed

gud luck
