தேடுகிறேன் அழகான வார்த்தைகளை
உந்தன் மென்மையான வரிகளுக்கு
படிப்பவர்கள் படித்திட்டால்
கிடைத்துவிடும்
ஒரே ஒரு ஆருதல் சொல்
அன்று பயமுருத்தினார்கள்
தற்கொலை செய்துகொண்டால்
வேதாளம் முருங்கைமரம் என்று
இன்று அந்த சொல்லி நம்பிக்கையில்லை
பொறுமை என்ற சொல்லுக்கும்
நேரமில்லை

most of all
they do not have a
friend in their mother
father and other kith and kin

திரும்பி பார்க்க வேண்டும்
வாழ்க்கையில் நாம்
வேகமாக ஓடுவது
எதற்காக...?

Very true words indeed. I wonder why we do not look back into our past and recollect how our parents had handled us?
