| Dear Malathi, Hearty congratulations on being selected as winner of this month. It was a great post and every child who reads it will understand the importance of life. It is our duty as parents to take care of these children and put them in the right path. I really enjoyed your other poem Painter par excellence too. Great job! Keep it up regards, sujatha |

| Dear Kamla, First let me apologise for my delayed reply. Kamla, I have always felt motivated by your feedbacks. You take pains to go into the details of the posts and, analyse them and appreciate whichever lines you find good. In fact your feedbacks to a lot of other posts (not mine), I have found very inspiring. They seem to come from the depth of your heart, after having thoroughly read and digested the posts. That also shows how well you have analysed human mind and behaviour and we new entrants are learning a lot from all your posts. Your writings are certainly giving us insights into new dimensions of human psychology and behaviour. I have always believed that motivation comes from the higher levels. The people at the top should set examples for the lower rung. That is the reason why I keep emphasizing in my posts that parents should set standards for their children by living it. And here at IL, with so many wonderful people around like Vidya, Chithra, Sridhar, Cheeniya , the administrator, Malathy and ofcourse yourself, there is no dearth for motivation here. We feel like a family and are readily able to share even personal matters without fear. With the limited knowledge of other websites, I can say with confidence that IL is one of a kind, unique, friendly and highly motivating. After having visited this site once, most of my spare time is spent here and I rarely visit other sites except for checking mails. Regards, Malathi
