Dear Mods,
I would like to nominate the post ' The News Paper Vendor' by Kamalji.
I found this post very thought provoking.
In these life styles, when man only thinks about himself, one should be lucky to find understanding children who would take care of them. I hope this article will kindle thoughts in our younger generation also to start sensitizing about their parents expectations & needs.
Regards
Rani

Rani | Dear Rani,
Thank u so much , what can i say.Thank u once again.i guess some of the good blogs come from real life, where u write with your heart.Thsi was as the newspaper guy was telling me, and there was hardly anything to add on my part.
So i dedicate this blog to Suresh, and i hope the readers are careful and learn something for the future.

Dear Rajalakshmi,
Thanks so much for inguarating the FP of this month with a humorous post like " Photo Mother in Law". Behind the humor is hidden some dark truths of changing times where a mother in law is an unwanted person.
But like you have said inyour nomination, only Kamalji can write on a dark topic with such humor and make it a light one that all of us can enjoy.
Three cheers to our Kamalji for this!!!
Luv,
SS

Dear Kamalji,
You coming into to nominate Jaya's post is like one titan wishing well for the other!
Jaya's portrayal of what a paperless world may look like was not just hilarious but a little scary too! I mean the thought of toilet paper being replaced with something else makes me fearful!!
Jaya, I am with you in not leeting everything go paperless. I think email and text messaging has taken away enough from me. I miss those days of receiving and writing letters.
Enjoyed reading your post Jaya!
Luv,
SS

Dear Rani,
Thank you for bringing Kamalji's " The News Paper Vendor" to the FP.
It was touching post indeed that reflects some of the harsh realities that today's parents face. I hope for every Suresh there is at least one non-Suresh whose kids understand and repay their parents's hardwork in terms of supporting them in every way they can.
It is sad to see and hear of cases like Suresh and I hope that kids realize sooner than later what sacrifices their parents have made for them.
Luv,
SS
