Finest Posts - July 2009 Winner!

Dear friends,

There are many types of journeys that we undertake in life. Some are happy, some are funny, some leave a bitter taste and some that although not quite happy, make us a person that we never knew we could be – strong, a pillar of strength, positive and helpful.

Our winner this month proves just this. Without further ado, let me first announce the winner and then go on to sing her praises (which are many) –

Let us first say this, Anisha’s painful journey through this very female medical problem is not something that only females should be concerned about. It is very much something that men need to be aware of too. After all, the majority of them have females as their significant other! So thanks a TONN Anisha for sharing your story here.

Hallmark of Anisha’s posts were many. She shared something very personal and very painful from her life with us. This shows her extremely helpful nature where she has let us benefit from what she learnt the hard way. What makes this post more special is that she has not lamented about how grim the situation could be instead has pragmatically and objectively laid down the facts peppered with very useful personal experiences. What also amazed us were the positivity and the hope that she has kept throughout the post never once letting it sound like a venting off post. Hats-off to you Anisha for this! While we all know that “Knowledge shared is knowledge squared”, not many of us can claim to follow it. Anisha did that while possibly facing the perils of reliving her painful moments while penning this wonderful post.

You are sure are a winner Anisha – not just for the FP of this month, but in life as well! We are proud to have you in our fold!

No doubts that it is going to come so handy for someone searching for information about it. More than the information and experience you shared, I simply loved reading "how your life has changed" after the diagnosis. You are creating a lot of awareness girl! Very less people gather this amount of courage and self-lessness to share what they learnt the hard way. Kudos to you .
