Dear Padma,
Please accept my hearty congratulations on the winner post. I feel guilty that I got to read your winning entry only now.
Brief, to the point, pointed language and above all, a strange sense of comfort for those who invariably get caught in the cross fire and lose their happiness. Many times wisdom consists of illusions lost rather than knowledge gained.
Reading your post will fill up the mind of the reader with wisdom in both the senses of the term.
Great job, Padma. Looking forward to many such great entries from your desk.
love,
sridhar

Dear Kamla and SS,
None but you two can manage the FP forum so gracefully and make the winning declaration with so much eloquence and more important than that have nice words for those whose posts were nominated but could not make it to the finals, well, I think that even those who did not win are as happy as
those who did.
Well I am now tempted to nominate you two as the finest ladies of IL. I am sure you would win hands down.
Great work. Keep it up.
love,
sridhar

| | Re: Finest Posts - June 2009 Winner! Ma chere Vidya, Merci mille fois, mon amie! You have expressed your appreciation with such well-chosen words, i loved this bit... '... it gently touches on the detachement that we all need to acquire through practise...' How true, detachment is the only way to attaining the Supreme Mother, the way to Salvation... Vidya, ma chere amie, thank you for reposing such faith in me... Bien amicalement, Padma Quote:

I can believe Kamla when she says that the FP team had no issues choosing the winner in June.
Ma belle, whatever you write is a winner!
Kamla and SS- Always a pleasure reading your posts on opening the nominations and declaring winners! | |
