Please nominate what you consider as Finest Posts of IL in this thread. Following posts are elgible:

• The nominated post should be (original) written by the poster herself/himself. You can’t nominate posts from forwarded messages and jokes, games or posts that are cut and pasted from other sites.
• Articles and middles published in other newspapers or magazines are not eligible for nomination.
• The post that you are nominating could have been posted anytime in the past. It doesn’t have to be a post that is made in the month for which you are nominating.

Quick clarification. As you rightly pointed out, many will agree that indexes are very useful to locate the different postings in a particular category. But index need not be a best posting by itself. Instead you can choose a posting whose contest is informative, interesting, unique, creative, helpful and more...

I guess your intentions behind nominating the slokas index is that you like all the sloka contributions by Chitvish. However, I would suggest you nominate the best sloka (you think is unique, rare to be found on the internet, has a specific purpose or very special to be chanted) or the puja format or any other religious information she has shared with the explanation on why you think it is the best.

Hope I have made things much clearer.

Go ahead with your other nomination for Chitvish and please delete the index nomination.
