Finest Posts - August 2008 Nominations

Dear friends,

The month of August awaits your nominations to start pouring in.

Seeing the enthusiasm that this July witnessed, I hope and trust that the same overflows into this month too...

Once again, I remind you : You read, You like, You nominate!

ONLY...We have introduced some changes for you to note. So please please read on and remember when you nominate:

From this month onwards, each member is allowed to nominate upto 4 posts Only. This ensures that each of us have a hand in deciding the winning post as we will filter our choice more closely, thus making the winner more significant.

Secondly, the nominations will be closed on the 26th of every month. Simultaneously, the nomination thread for the following month will be opened. This will avoid the heartburn that the moderators experience at the very last minute of every month!!

Thirdly, there is an exciting news for all our Blogging members and Blog patrons. There will be a separate contest that will be held exclusively for our bloggers to recognize their excellent work. Hence, from now on, please do not nominate blogs from the Blogging section for the Finest Post of the Month. Keep your nominations to posts from the Forums ONLY.

With the above points well embedded in your mind, please go ahead and bring in nominations from all other forums to our FP forum, there is a wide spectrum of selection open to you and us and let's enjoy the contributions, old and new.
