Dear Geeth,

Thanks for the two nominations...one from Mithila Kannan and the other from Santosh Samuel (uncannybal!). They are both extremely enjoyable reads, though of different genre. We do get a variety, don't we.
These days, a promo of a Hindi film ( I forget which one) is being shown on TV and there is this guy wearing the Ravana garb with ten heads and riding a scooter on the streets! I had to think of our Bangalore Ravana here! That this ad is being shown now is really uncanny!!
Besides, thanks for appreciating our work and the kind words.

Well here s one more nomination.Its the blog written by Jenz..Mommies & Daddies .....Move on!!!! This blog has made me to think...we nag our kids for dos n don'ts( as parents think what they say or do is welfare of their kids) but who s going to point out our mistakes.And we as parents,are we ready to accept our mistakes n wrong doings...

Always a joy to see regulars like you coming back with good nominations. Jenz is such a dashing phenomenon in IL, she writes in most forums, her views are worthwhile, her words are forceful. Mommies and Daddies--- move on is a lesson in parenting. All of us (me most included) tend to force our wishes and desires on others. And when the other happens to be our children, we tend to overdo this, living thru them. Jenz has rightly said that we should do our own thing even if it be making vadams rather than impose on our children. Great piece of blogging!!

The third one s by Brindhak. Is it a Curse to Have only DAUGHTERS.....???This issue has made me think deep inside....Well I pray to Almighty “In life never haveour palms facing upwards in front of anyone...always have in facing downwards on the crown of people."This line I just read from Devikaji's writeup...And I will always pray for that..even my mom used to tell me the same line...
