Let me start this post saying this first....you write so well! I am now waiting to read more write ups from you about your various globe trotting..no..it should be 'global' experiences! Do oblige.
You have picked out two gems for your nomination. And I agree to your following words oh so completely!...

One small correction though, the power is not in us moderators, the power is all in those nominated posts and we are hoping that power will guide us!!
