Yes Mothers Day is approaching and all are busy with planning.
Well my Mom is very fond of roses so it would be lots of roses and a teddy as always and dinner with the entire family in her favourite restaurant, No work that day, I will be taking an off and we'll spend the day together watching Mohanlals movies (My Mom is a big Mohanlal fan).She will definitely feel the day different from the rest I will not say that she'll feel important coz that I make her feel everyday!

My mother is no more with me.If she were with me now i would have bought some kitchen sets ,since she was very much interested in those.

Nice topic for poll.

Well...my mom doesnt believe in celebrating mother's day as such as she was not even aware of such a day until i told her. SHes a bit conservative and doesnt go out much after my dad's expiry 4yrs back tho she worked as a senior govt employee after my dad's demise.Shes a serious kind of person so at the most, i can take out for a restaurant but she will end up eating either dosa/idli nothing much.
I voted for "a treat" and "others" ( i mean its just a thank you note from my heart for my mom for always being there !!!! )

I cant celebrate this mothers day with my mom as she is in india and i am in states.. on that day i will just call her and talk with her.. i miss her so much..

Hi Puni,

My mom is staying with me, She loves Coldstone Icecream and Treslesia cake. I am going to buy her that. She is a very poor eater and is not fond of food so cannot take her to restaurants as she does not eat onions and garlic.

My Mom enjoys everything. She is one of the happiest women in the world. She likes to do everything under the Sun. So, I would ask her what she wants. Will go ahead and fulfill her desire or desires of the day.

I will be missing her as she is in India. May be I would ask my Dad to do that for me.
