it was indeed an energy capsule for me that too on a sunday morning. even though i practise yoga and meditations, i think at times we need these capsules from sweet people like you.

Showering love and affection on our dear most buddies and elders does not require a yardstick !! Why should we reserve words of affection to ourselves when there is so much to share :) Yes ma'am, absolutely true. Till date my dad is my role model and he will continue to live in me and all my actions will reflect his sayings (I love my dad a lot )
