    1. What type of foods to be eat and avoid at the time of TTC?

Avoid heat producing substances like mango, pineapple, papaya, sesame seeds etc.

    2. what is d MINIMUM and MAXIMUM level of sperm count, active sperms count (%)and morphology(%) for conceive?

There is nothing called min/max.An average count of 20 M/ml will make you to get pregnant naturally with in an year of trying to conceive provided you do not have harmonal imbalance/PCO & associated problems.

    3. These terms refers what in ttc?

    a.Conception - It
involves the fusion of an ovum with a sperm, which eventually leads to the development of an embryo.

b.Implantation - Placement of embryo in the uterine wall.

Those are essential vitamins to your body. We get these directly or indirectly by food & other stuffs. You can't stop the consumption of it. You can't seperate these from your food!
I remember reading Vit-C is good in 2WW! Wondering about the information you had!

Reduce the intake! Seasame seeds are said to be heaty to body, hence asked by elders to avoid taking it!
No ideal about the other one!
