Thickened endometrium?

Hi Everyone,

I need some advice from all the ladies over here. I got married on Aug 15th and we were not planning for a baby yet. I usually get my periods every month with a delay of 1-2 days. i had my periods on dec 11th ,2009, jan 13 2010 , feb 13 2010. Last month during the periods last day we had direct intercourse. My expected period date is march 13 and i didn't get my periods. I was very stressed. I checked with HPT and it showed negative on the 5th , 7th day from the day i missed my periods.
I had vaginal US on march 23 rd and they couldn't find any sac but thickened endometrium. March 24th HPT came negative. Later bleeding started from March 26th . I also had clinical urine test on march 27th and came out as negative. My weight reduced few kgs in past few months. Though my thyroid gland is prominent ,its functioning is normal. I am yet to check with my doctor for the thickened endometrium. Please can someone say what is the reason for thickened endometrium? Did i had any pregnancy and a miscarriage ? Please help

 

Thanks a lot nithya . I guess the thickened endometrium is all because
i didnt have my periods. I think now it would have been normal as i had the periods. Anyways thanks a lot for googling
