    re: ttc diet

    Hi Aharia,

I dont think there is any special diet while ttc.

Have healthy foods and you have to cut down caffeine once you fall pregnant. No alchohol absolutely.

    Hi Aharia,

Some of my hubby's friends are coming over tomorrow evening for dinner, so will be busy cooking for them. On sunday, we are planning to take my dad to the Parliament house and visit a rose garden over here...what about yourself?

    Love, Riya

    Dear IL,

I want to add few more stuff..

1.Have tomato soup to clear harmful gas..(This was suggested by my co sister after my lapo.Since the surgical procedure will introduce gas to view the internal systems,it will really be very harmful to the body.Make sure, you urinate and pass motion regularly after your surgery..)

    2.Take Fig & Peaches...

    3.Drink lots of water..

All the best to you all!

Also take folate tablet(with doc's advice) 3 months before conceptipion.
Folate avoids miscarriage and early birth defects.

    Good luck
