Pregnancy Test - positive or negative???

hi all,
i am gopika from nj.this my first mail to indusladies.we r trying for baby for past 1 year ,but the time we started planning it became irregular.we have taken all the test but everything came out to be normal.every month i will get my periods but not in 28 days cycle.i have asked the doctor in US as well as in India she said it is normal.sometime it will get dealayed for 45 days then i and my husband will get delighted and then we will buy the HPT ,the test will be negative.i will cry for the whole week.this is what happening for 3 months once.in jan i went to india as many said abt garbarakshambigai temple,i and my husband went to the temple and now i am having the ghee every day.this month i didnt get my period i am so scared to take the test.pls advice me on this and pray for me.

Wish you to get soon possitive result.
In case it is negative don't feel desparate. Make "action plan' First pinpoint your ovulation. You can convceive making sex few days before and in the day when ovulation ocures. Ovulation lasts vew hours only so maybe you just can't catch it. You can buy ovulation tests or ask your gyn to track it via ultrasound or use BBT charting method.
For couples that try to concieve for more then a year is advised to take few test
1 Sperm analysis (50% of infertility cases are because of male factor)
2 Hormons check (LS, FSH and Estrogen on 3-5 days of cycle; Progesteron 7 days after prooved ovulaton; Prolactin and Testosteron any day)
3 Ultrasound conformation of ovulation
4 X-ray check of ovarian tubes
5 Test for vaginal infections and Chlamidia
Most important of all visit infertility clinic. Ordinary gynecologists are not well prepered to dial with getting pregnant problems

Try to track Your ovulation time, following ways to find your ovulation time;

1. track ur basal body temp daily when you first wake up in the morning. Before you even get out of bed to brush your teeth or start your day basal thermometer (available at drugstores) Your BBT probably ranges from 97.2 to about 97.7 degrees before ovulation. During the two or three days after you ovulate, hormonal changes have caused a rise in your BBT of between 0.5 and 1.6 degrees, which lasts at least until your next period

2.You can check your cervical mucus using either your fingers or toilet paper. On days when you're not fertile, the mucus from your cervix is either light or sticky (about the same texture as sticky rice). During the few days leading up to ovulation, when you're most fertile, you'll have more discharge — clear and slippery with the consistency of raw egg white. You are most fertile on the last day you notice cervical mucus of this kind. It usually happens either the day before, or the day of, ovulation.

to know when you are ovulating you cud buy the ovulation predictor kit that you get in pharmacy...shows 2 bright red lines when you are in your peak....you need to have intercourse with in the next 24 hrs after you see those lines...All the best!
