Semen analysis report: Please help me friends

Hi
We have no child 6 years my husband 's semen analysis report is here
Count 20mill/me
Morphology 70%
Motility progressive 10%
Pus cells 15-20 cells/HPF
This is OK for normal or iui
There is any tablet to increase count
He is refuse to discuss with our doctor
Please anyone tell me

These parameters are ok for IUI. Don't worry. Try some of the natural remedies to boost the count, not necessary for tablets right now i think.

Hi @Chitrabalamani,

You can go with IUI.

Pus cells 15-20 cells/HPF - > This shows there is an infection in urinary tract...if possible ask your hubby to take anti biotics which will be for 7days........try one more semen analysis after stopping the antibiotics for 7 days..........

Hi chitra..u can try eating a sevvalai pazham and pomegranate daily..my doctor said it helps improve sperm count and motility.

hi friends
i have little confusion.last month my dh had semen analysis test
that time result is
total sperm count 20mil/ml
morphology 70%
motility 10%
so we have to decide go for iui.but today he also had test result is
sperm count 3.2 mil
motility 65%
vitality 35%
Monday doctor consult panna pokanum
my question this is ok for iui? please tell me.

Hi

i guess you are missing some details from the report......3.2mil is sperm count or total sperm count? what is the volume of the semen collected? also are you able to solve the pus cells issue you mentioned in your last post.

Motility wise it is good, but total content is little low...may be you gave sample the next day after contact.

but i feel it is always enough for IUI, bcoz they say we need only one sperm that makes us pregnant :thumbsup
