hair fall and dandruff

    Dear Ladies,

    Please help.

    i am 30 year old.from May month I got very itchy dandruff and hair fall.almost i lost 50% of hair. i am scared i will become bald.now i am scared to wash my hair and comb my hair..but still i wash my hair weekly twice.

    please tell me for hair fall, Ayurveda treatment is good or homeopathy.??

    please just me good doc too ...i am stay in bangalore..

    First and foremost rule out hormonal disorders by a good doctor.I would seriously suggest checking your thyroid levels.

    Its done..i don't have Thyroid prblm..that's why i am planning to consult Ayurveda or homeopathy. but i dont knw much about these things

    Try onion juice.. I too have hair loss but not a heavy one. Last week, Applied onion juice on my hair and after 1 hour took the head bath. ( every time after headbath I have more hair fall) But on that day there were only 5-10 hair falls. And onion gives a shine to your hair. You can google it for more :)
