Getting ready to be strong

    Its been 4 years since we got married..
    We could not able to continue any fertility treatment due Frequent transfers, DH work related problems, office stress, his low sperm count, family problems..

    Now somewhat settled to one place, so we have again started our fertility treatments afresh..

    To confess the truth, i was not mentally prepared to get child through IUI or other treatment.. Now with my DH support I got strong to face any type of treatment for baby.. I m now 30years old.. hope that we will continue our positive thought..

    This thread I have started to post my thoughts about ttc, our treatment, to get motivate myself in the ups and downs during the treatment..

    From this month starting we started to consult a new doc (as we now transferred to new city)..
    First follicular scan (FS) on 9th day --in RO - 1.4cm * 7.7 (i couldnt understand whether it is mm or cm)
    Today I had done my Follicular scan (12th day) -- 1.6cm in Right ovary..
    Doc asked me to come day after tomorrow for another scan..

    Also, I have to improve a lot in my diet.. I m doing one hour yoga daily for back pain.. Hope yoga will help me more in this ttc journey..

    its in cm measurement. Right ovary has the dominant follicle and the size is good at this stage. Hope all will go well.
    Eat healthy foods. Rest adequately. Try not to include stress/tension in your life. Don't expect much and later feel bad. Try to keep your mind diverted in other stuffs (not ttc).
