body heat

    Dear Ladies ,

    need help!!

    i stay in bangalore.every month during ovulation time i get attack by cold. my mother in law tells my body is heat that why i frequently get attack by cold and thats why i am not conceiving..is it true??


    during cold, body will become heat??? and if really my body is heat than hw to reduce body heat ..plz help me[​IMG]

    Dont think heat has any co relation with colds you are getting.I had the same problem and found out that my thyroid is to be blamed.Rule out thyroid issues as it could cause cold intolerance.

    Yes if your nose is watery its probably because of increase in body heat.
    There is this remedy called chandanasav available in many Ayurveda shops,excellent for increase in body heat.Eating black soked raisins early morning also helps.

    thank you for your reply.YAH my nose is watery and i got fever also...yah i will check in ayurveda shop..but i am confused my body is heat or cold?

    Have you checked thyroid antibodies??Just checking tsh is not enough for pinpointing thyroid issues.

    Dear Jaden ,

    Really i need to check my Thyroid level now...coz from 2 month i am loosing lot of hair and very itchy scalp and dandruff ..in office it embarrassing lot to me ..my mother in law asked me to check my thyroid level coz of hair fall...:( i just hope everything should be normal thinkingsmiley

    All are red signals for thyroid disorder.Please visit a endocrinalogist and have full thyroid panel checked out.(antibodies,Tsh,FT4,FT3)

    Hi everyone!!!

    i checked my thyroid level ..everything is normal. even doc didnt tell reason for hair fall and late period :( :(
