TTC but no periods yet

Hi friends,
Here is my story.I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and I was recovered after I was given methotrexate and D&C.
We waited few months and we are trying to make a baby, I got periods last month and I didn't get my periods this month yet and I feel bloating in my stomach and slight tenderness around uterus area.
I tested using pregnancy strips but it showed negative, Im trying to visit a doctor but wanted to share my story and and get some good responses from this community.
