    @RamyaHari2009
    Thanks for checking.

    Yes I did check with my doctor. I have mild PCOS (which is the reason for high AMH)
    and hyperthyroid, which is under control but having trouble keeping TSH between 1-2 since I am irregular with my medications. Otherwise everything looks fine. She said there is no immediate threat for ovarian reserve (atleast for 3 months because of my age, otherwise with the AMH level I can wait longer since I don't have any other major issues). From my side the wait is not for the hope of getting pregnant but I am not prepared for any aggressive treatment like IVF.

    My periods are some what regular but some times a week late if I am regular with my thyroid medication (I guess).

    @Anbhu,

    So your doctor is telling if your PCOS comes under control your AMH will also be in control and you can TTC?

    @RamyaHari2009

    Nothing can be done for my mild pcos. In fact PCOS (producing high AMH) will help to produce more no of eggs with little dosage of stimulation in IVF, though quality of eggs decrease with age. Yes there is risk of for ovarian hyper stimulation. At higher age and no pcos, if ovarian reserve is low it is bit difficult to retrieve more eggs.

    So considering my age, pcos is doing something good is what she said.
