    @sumanrathi ; thank u suman for ur response , will try EPO. ya dea am taking 3 ltrs water daily and doing physical exercises as well.

    will try carrot juice aswell.

    I am not ttc. I stopped ttc couple of years ago. Conceived naturally and miscarried last year.

    I let go of thoughts about kid. Decided to live life fully without worrying. Conceived naturally in dec and due in sep. Still cant believe. scared bec of previous miscarriage and heartbreak.

    Hope god will give healthy baby this time.

    Pls let go of stress and relax. Easier said but calm your mind in two weeks wait.

    Since you are on medication cm will be less but u r monitored by follicular study right. So if your endometrium thickness is good then dont worry.

    Also using pre seed will help.
