    Hey Preethi,

    We need to track what we eat to monitor our food habits and whether we are on the right track.. I have made an excel.. I'll send it you via private message.. Let me know your thoughts on the same.

    Well I had 3 idly with a cup of Sambar and for lunch raagi kanji with butter milk with apple as morning snack and for evening snack I boiled peanuts...

    Had 2 glasses of Hot water in empty stomach and did little exercise. Your food tracker was amazing

    Thank you for the tracker..I am following the tracker.. to streamline my food habit and also my life.. I gave Saturday off for exercises but having the same diet..

    Hi divya and preethi,

    Good to see u gals taking initiative to defeat pcos. I too have pcos, TTC for 4 years... taking treatment in apollo... my food chart is simple....
    morning start with green tea ,
    BF - pomegranate with sum nuts,
    1 orange (in between)
    lunch- normal rice and vegetables( i cudnt avoid rice, as i starve without it)
    evening - some nuts and orange with lemon tea after 1 hour walk
    night - bowl full of sprouts(200g)

    i just followed this and reduced 5 kgs... and initially i was not respondint to clomid, injections and all... but now i have responded well, and done with my iui with 2 eggs...on my 14 days wait......

    We will keep you in prayers. I hope you get BFP this time . How long did it take for you to reduce 5 Kgs and how long you followed this diet plan??

    Heard pomegranate is very good for conception . Have complete faith in God. Be happy :thumbsup

    i have been following this diet for 4 - 5 months , and it really helped me...but initial 2-3 months i was doing some exercises as well , some crunches situps and pushups but at that time i was not TTC ,so when i started TTC i stopped doing exercises so i added walking in my lifestyle... and that will helped me too

    Hi All,

    Nice to see this thread on defeating PCOS. I too have PCOS and under treatment. I came to know about Raggi Kanji and pomegranate usage for PCOS from this thread. I am getting motivated to follow a plan like you. I have started taking Fenugreek powder in morning to keep blood sugar under check. From past three months, I have stopped eating sugars, sweets, maida and white rice. Since, I too cannot do without rice, I am using brown rice. Initially I lost 4 kgs of weight in my first month and now trying to maintain that weight. Have undergone another set of blood test yesterday, lets see how my hormones are doing.

    But, some times when people offer me sweets, I am unable to resist myself. :(
    Need to be strict with myself.
