Miracles after IVF

Hi ILs
I am hearing increasing number of cases like below

1. After a failed IVF, the subsequent natural cycles people are conceiving. When we have IVF as last option when nothing else works,its miraculous how the next natural cycle is successful. I've heard 2 ppl say that.

2. After conceiving 1st child through IVF, the second child is somehow naturally conceived. This is also another miracle.
My prev gynec said that she conceived her child on the 6th IVF , but after a few years her second kid was conceived naturally, she didn't even realize that she was pregnant till 3 months. One other gynec whom I met recently also said that a couple had twins usingt IVF. The 1st birthday of the twins is coming this november. And even before that the lady has due date of another child conceived naturally. They thought anyway they can't conceive naturally and had unprotected inter course a month after the twins were born, and she became pregnant!! Doc said she's hearing many cases where second is natural conception

I'm wondering what does all this indicate? There is no problem basically with our bodies, just that time hasn't come?

I totally agree with u.... 2 of my cousins had there 2nd babies naturally after there ivf 1st babies ...

One cousin don't even know she was pregnant for the 2nd one until she was 4 months sigh...

:welcome to IL family,

Sairam, I would like to put it in a different way, Even in IL I know two of them who have conceived after failed IVF through normal cycle, who just didn't care about anything, but it happened.

Sister everything is predetermined when we are ready to be in Mother Earth, sometimes due to many pressures and so called society we rush to do certain things, but the appointed time and mode is already predetermined for which we don't have the patience to wait.

Not a leaf moves without thy will, not realizing that we keep spending money time get stressed out and feel fatigued about what is not happening.

Though Almighty shows us positive direction single handedly we cannot wait because of many external triggers, this is not only in the case of conceiving but marriage, job, life everywhere.

Glad you brought this thread and I am happy to share my thoughts too, May Baba bless your home in abundance.

Dear Saisakthi sister,

This thread by Brinda came just in time. I am going through something very similar.
Most of them in TTC forum might know that we are in TTC journey for close to 2 years now and taking treatment. We know its going to take time...might or might nor be a natural one....no need to get stressed, worried or impatient. But, 'Expectations' are human weakness.

Due to this rather lengthy time our ttc is taking..I have been very stressed out offlate, and due to this my cycles went haywire. Every alternate mnth it gets delayed and my usual expectations start off. Even this month my cycle got delayed, and i got a -ve bHcg.
I know..probably i am expecting things way too soon..there is a predetermined time for it to happen...but cannot help it:roll:.

I agree with each and every word you have mentioned in your post.
Left everything on him......hoping to be less expectant and more hopeful here after..and YES....waiting for a MIRACLE!!

I know of one lady, the doc after the hystoscopy told that her tubes are blocked and damaged and natural or IUI conception was out of question, so she went ahead for an IVF and got a boy and girl, only to find out that within a few months post delivery that she had conceived again

Even I have heard of miracles. However dont know what was the real reason for infertility in those couples.
Would like to hear miracle stories with low DH counts ..

Your post reminded me of an article in TOI around a month back on one of the most affluent personalities in India Mrs. Nita Ambani. In it she shared her story of motherhood. Excerpts from the same:

A few years after I got married i was told by the doctors that I *would never have children.
