Ectopic due to poor egg quality

    Does poor egg quality ALONE can cause ectopic pregnancy to happen,without other health complications or problems.

    understand that,but does the implantation outside uterus happens becose the egg is poor in quality and after fertilisation its unable to pass thru tube to reach uterus.

    Hi,
    No ectopic doesnt happen at all because of egg quality.However issues with the tubes can cause them.Sometimes its just plain luck that causes it.I have had an ectopic with ivf,and trust me when i tell you i had transferred grade 1 embryo.So egg quality can effect the growth of embryos but it can never cause ectopic

    oh but i heard during ivf they do temporary close to the fallopian tubes ,so that Ectopic doesn't happen
