High Luteinizing Hormone values

    Hello All,
    My LH values on day 2 are 10.6 and my dr has said these are way to high. She h/as suggested that we may have to go in for Ovarian Drilling after a month or two. Can anyone suggest natural ways of reducing these values through diet and exercise
