TTC-How and When did you ladies decide?

I am just curious so a question and a poll.

 

About planning for kids

 

I know, the ultimate decision should come from both husband and wife together, but sometimes husband can be keener than wife and wife might want to postpone for sometime because she feels she is too young, she wants to focus on her career etc.

Sometimes wife can be keener because she feels she is getting older and her biological clock is ticking, but husband might not be ready yet etc.

Sometimes girls' parents might be keener because she has grandparents who want to see their great grandchild

Sometimes guy's parents might be keener because they want grand kids etc.

Sometimes husband and wife might want to "enjoy" for a year or two or focus on their respective careers, but both sets of in laws might be insisting because they are keener on grand kids.

I have seen all this happen in many families.
