how many degrees does your BBT increase after ovulation...

Dear Ladies,

I would like to know how many degrees does your BBT increase after ovulation. I read in various websites that it should raise between 0.4 to 1 degree..

I see only 0.2 F increase in my case..

Please share your observation.. and let me know if it had any impact in ttc..

Dear Annapurna,

In my case it increases mostly around 0.5 to 1 but at times it as increased less than 0.5 too . It depends on each cycle and every individual dear . Try tracking for few more cycles to know your system better . Also after ovulation the temperature ie after the raise it should not drop for max of 12 days if you wanted to conceive .
