had two early miscarriages, need advice in concieving

Hello All,

Hope i will get some really helpful information from here, hence posting my concern here.
I am married since June 2012. and i am 27 year old now.
I had 2 early miscarriages consecutively. now doctor has advised to wait for 3 month. First miscarriage happened in 5 weeks naturally(Nov 2013). hence during 2nd time i become cautious also took doctor's help. i was taking folic acid, and took 3 injection to support the pregnancy.but unfortunately when i went for sonography at 8.5 weeks, no fetal pole found also no heart beat found.
Doctor said there is no growth of fetal, which means missed miscarriage, so had to do the abortion(March 2014). I had done all the tests including chromosome analysis. All the reports are coming normal.

now i am really scared can i be pregnant next time. what could be reason for this failure no clue.
can anybody guide me what should be my next step to have healthy pregnancy.

can u pls tell me which are the chromosomal tests u did

In the reports it has been mentioned as Karyotype.
Peripheral blood has been taken as sample.all the meta-phases found normal.

Just check with doctor if they can doAntiphospholipid test and lupus test to see if you have sticky blood.this can also often causes miscarriages.if that is the case then doc will put you on baby aspirin after pregnancy is confirmed

Shibani,
sorry about your loses,i have also gone through two early loses ,,after second one i underwent extensive recurrent pregnancy loss testing..mostly early losses are due to chromosomal abnormalities in fetus nothing to do with parents but dont take chance do RPL

ya, i had done following tests;
Antiphuspholipid
anticardiolipin
antilupus
bt, ct,
chromosal analysis
All reports are normal.
Now doctor is suggesting to do hysteroscopy.

Dear,

Sometimes it happens due to chromosomal abnormalities just like sweetangel mentioned.. Do RPL just to make sure, if even that is normal and positive.. Put your fears away, eat healthy and maintain a healthy life style.. Do not worry sis, God is searching for the best gift to gift you..console1

by doing this RPL, did you come across the exact reason for the loss.
What exactly this test does examine. my doctor has suggested to do hysteroscopy.
now what steps you are following....

Hi Sibani.... I just had a missed abortion... Though the fetus was all normal during my first scan, in my NT scan at 12w, it stopped growing after 7.5w and had no heartbeat... Nothing came out in biopsy... But I was tested positive in Torch test with all the 3 infections and undergoing treatment for the same... Give it a go...
